Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Erin Pawlak, LPCC-S has developed an adolescent IOP for clients between the ages of 13-17. Various therapeutic approaches are used, including DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. The adolescent IOP is an intense level of care that goes beyond individual therapy and is facilitated by Erin Pawlak, LPCC-S. The program meets 3 times a week for 3 hours each session. Areas of focus include:
- Recognize personal strengths and problem areas
- Develop healthy coping skills
- Identify, challenge, and modify negative thoughts and beliefs
- Address transitions in life
- Improve the ability to problem-solve
- Change destructive behavior patterns
- Improve communication skills
- Develop an effective aftercare plan
- Set immediate and long-term goals
